+ Are you limited to certain makes of appliances?
We are not limited on this and our cost of repairing your appliance is inclusive of all of the replacement parts.
+ Who will repair my appliance?
A local, highly recommended and certified engineer will repair your appliance on our behalf. We will only use certified Engineers to ensure you are in the hands of experts.
+ How quickly will you come out if my appliance needs repairing?
Our aim is to get an engineer out to you in 48 hours and we also endeavour to fix your appliance within 72 hours from your orignial request.
+ What happens if my appliance cannot be fixed?
In the instance whereby your appliance is beyond the realms of repair, we will offer you a replacement appliance or a one off payment that reflects the maximum value of the product. You will find futher details in your policy plan.
+ If the appliance cannot be fixed, will you replace it?
Yes, we will offer you a one off fee up to the claim limit which you will find further details on in your policy plan.
+ If my appliance cannot be fixed how long will it take until i receive my settlement cheque?
Our settlements take up to 10 working days for you to receive
