The Commercial Giant is a valued and customer centric nationwide provider of boiler, appliances and home emergency cover for domestic homeowners and landlords. As our customers are most valued to us, from day one we decided to do things differently and therefore we took the decision to offer you an independent service plan which we could make bespoke and ensure we are consistently at the forefront of boiler and appliance cover.
Although we offer an independent service we are still aligned and operate an underwriting model of which is required by the Insurance Industry. We operate as a non-insurance registered entity, which allows us to provide our services at a low cost as a result of our minimal operating expenditure. Traditionally, as opposed to independent organisations such as ourselves, warranty companies will operate on an insured capacity and as a result are owned or contracted to a further insurance company.
We are run on our proud owners own capital which provides our company with security and the opportunity to control our business and our customer requirements allowing us to protecting ourselves against fraud whilst also ensuring we meet your expectations and resolves your cases regardless of the situation.
